Joan Clear
I am an award-winning multi-media artist who began my career as a painter, exhibiting and selling my paintings in Chicago for many years, before moving to Florida in 1997. Many of my distinctive paintings hang in permanent collections both here and abroad. Since moving to St. Pete I have broadened my interests to working with vibrant colored fused glass to reflect the tropical beauty of Florida and create unique “suncatchers” and pieces one-of-a-kind dichroic jewelry.

Carla Rudolph
Carla Rudolph is a recognized artist in the St. Petersburg, Florida area, known for her participation in local art scenes like the Suntan Art Center, winning awards in member shows, and exhibiting works like "New Creation" at venues such as the Art Center Manatee. You can find her art available at the Suntan Art Boutique and she's associated with the creative community in St. Pete Beach and surrounding areas.

Jannine LeMere
Jannine LeMere is a St. Petersburg-based watercolor artist known for her participation in local art scene, particularly with the Suntan Art Center and Florida Watercolor Society, recognized for works like "and still the one" and being selected for state shows, showcasing her connection to the vibrant St. Pete art community.

Don Silvesteri
My paintings are inspired by nature, as I explore light, textures, shapes and relationships. Each painting tells a story and is intended to stimulate the viewers senses with images of the beauty of nature from beautiful flowers to succulent paintings of food and wine. I use a variety of antiques in my compositions to bring the viewer back in time . These subjects revive fond memories of their past or reminisce about their childhood at Grandma's house or Grandpa's garden.

Pedro is an award-winning photographer whose work captures the beauty and emotion of the natural world. Born in Venezuela and now based in the Tampa Bay area, his photography reflects a deep appreciation for light, landscape, and authentic moments. While he also photographs weddings and events, his art submissions focus on nature-inspired imagery.

David Smith
Dave is a watercolor and oil painter inspired by music, education, and the natural beauty of the places he calls home. After a 30-year career as a teacher and school counselor, he devoted himself more fully to the visual arts, studying watercolor and oil painting with nationally recognized artists and mentors.
For more than 25 years, Dave and his wife have spent time in Pass-a-Grille and St. Pete Beach, where the Gulf, coastal landscapes, birds, and changing light deeply influence his work. Often painting en plein air, Dave seeks to capture mood, atmosphere, and the quiet beauty of coastal life that continues to inspire his art.

Catherine Knudson
Cathy Knudsen is a professional artist and contractor in the Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida area known for her mixed-media work, often featuring figures, nature, and themes of duty, who exhibits locally with groups like TMAF Art and Design and has been involved with the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME). She creates detailed paintings, sometimes using found objects, with textured, layered surfaces, often featuring winged figures or strong, emotive subjects, and has participated in shows at places like the Oldsmar Public Library.

Katherine (Kathie) Kania is a St. Petersburg, FL-based artist known for her vibrant, nostalgic oil paintings, especially her "Buggin' State Collection" featuring classic cars and 1960s Florida scenes, with prints available through local galleries like the City Gallery. She's also a silk screener, designer, and muralist with an "electric style".

Theresa Franke is a Florida-based artist creating vibrant oil paintings inspired by the joy, color, and character of coastal life. With more than 25 years of experience in the creative field, she began her career as a graphic designer before returning to traditional fine art, where she now focuses on original oil paintings celebrating sea life, nature, and whimsical details found throughout Florida.
Based near Tampa and deeply connected to the Gulf Coast art scene, Theresa is a member of the Suntan Gallery and Boutique in downtown St. Petersburg and exhibits her work in galleries, festivals, and select shows across the region. Her paintings are known for their bold color, playful spirit, and sense of joy—art created simply to be enjoyed.
